1. Kickoff & Clarity
It all starts with a quick email to set up a time to connect. From there, we’ll talk through your goals, what you want your website to do, and the basics of what you’re envisioning. This helps us understand scope, functionality, and direction—just enough to put together an accurate quote without overcomplicating things.

Once the quote is approved, we’ll collect a 50% upfront payment to officially get things rolling. You’ll then receive a few simple forms with design-focused questions so we can dig a little deeper into your style, needs, and preferences.


2. Planning the Structure
Before anything looks pretty, we focus on structure.
We map out pages, content flow, and how your site should guide visitors toward your goals—whether that’s getting contacted, booking services, or saying “wow, this is clean.”
This step ensures your website isn’t just good-looking, but actually works for the people using it.


3. Content, Design & Build
Once the structure is set, we move into content and design. Rough ideas are totally fine—half-baked thoughts welcome. If you have specific preferences or must-haves, sharing them upfront helps us stay aligned.

Throughout the build, we’ll check in periodically and ask questions as needed. Communication stays flexible and human—email, text, or whatever works best for you.
When the initial build is ready, you’ll receive a rough draft to review.


4. Revisions & Refinement
Every project includes two rounds of revisions, giving you room to fine-tune details and make sure everything feels right.

If additional edits are needed beyond that, we’re happy to continue at $75/hour. No surprises, no awkwardness—just clear expectations and clean edits.


5. Launch & Handoff
Once revisions are complete and the final balance is paid, we connect everything to your account and launch your site. At that point, it’s officially yours—live, polished, and ready to be proudly shared.
Our goal? That moment where you think, “Wow… this actually turned out better than I imagined.” Relief, pride, and a website you’re excited to show off.


6. Ongoing Support
Need updates later on? No problem.
We offer:

• One-off edits and fixes at $75/hour

• Optional monthly update and maintenance plans

Whether it’s a quick tweak or ongoing care, we’re here if you need us.


7. SEO Foundations
During the build, we take care of essential on-site SEO basics—things like clean page structure, proper headings, mobile-friendly layouts, performance considerations, and search-engine-friendly setup behind the scenes. This gives your website a solid foundation to be understood and indexed properly.
Ongoing SEO, content optimization, and ranking-focused strategies are a separate service and can be added later if needed. We’re happy to talk through options and help you decide what makes sense for your business.
